What materials are used in Rabbit Skip Road babywear? 
We make all of our baby jumpers with GOTS organic cotton and non-toxic dyes. GOTS-certified cotton is the highest level of certification for processing, manufacturing, and trading standards. This means that from farming to production, our garments are made using completely organic processes, free of pesticides, toxic heavy metals, and chemical fertilizers of any kind. You can be confident that we only use the safest and most environmentally and socially responsible methods to manufacture our jumpers.

How do I care for Rabbit Skip Road Jumpers? 
Our jumpers are designed to make parenthood a little bit easier. Just turn the garment inside out, wash warm in like colors, and tumble dry low! Keep one on the baby and store 4 in the drawer. It’s as easy as 1-2-3! 

How long does shipment take? 
We are committed to making sure our products arrive in just a hop, skip, and a jump. We use USPS Priority Mail, which delivers to most places in the U.S. within 5-7 business days.  

Where can I track my order? 
Tracking your order with Rabbit Skip Road is radically easy. You will automatically receive a tracking code via email once your order is shipped. 

Does Rabbit Skip Road ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S.  

What is your return and exchange policy? 
As we guarantee 100% satisfaction for parent and baby, we accept returns and exchanges for any reason within one year of purchase. Just reach out to our team at contact@rabbitskiproad.com to initiate the process. For returns on orders over 90 days old, we offer exchange or store credit. When can I expect a refund? 
Once we receive your Rabbit Skip Road return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
